document-centric technology that is always linked to
personal service and support. We pride ourselves on being
the best at what we do and strive to approach markets in an
entrepreneurial fashion. This allows us to rapidly identify
and address new market niches and effectively compete to
deliver products when anticipation meets demand.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to remain financially strong
and technology savvy. By developing new software to address
our customer’s needs and providing excellence in customer
service and support, we plan to grow our business through
partnerships with major financial service providers. Our
product offering is based on the premise that the market is
moving toward a WEB based server-centric / thin-client
architecture. Our plan is to help our partners sell Integra
solutions into select markets, primarily the financial
services, institutional and commercial/industrial markets.
Company Profile
INTEGRA BUSINESS SYSTEMS, INC. (IBS) is a
privately owned corporation, formed in March 1988 in the
State of Florida to provide advanced technology to companies
and organizations of all sizes.
Background
Early on we recognized our customers’ need
for electronic filing of computer generated reports and
records, today called Enterprise Report Management (ERM) and
scanning (digitizing) paper documents, generally called
Electronic Image Management (EIM).
As a software developer for ERM and EIM
products, it's critical to set-up and support successful
VARs and OEMs to re-market our products. We endeavor to
attract new Value Added Resellers to represent our product
line. To do this we have always offered aggressive margins;
enhanced our existing product line; provided a migration
path for all new technology and introduced new products to
meet the needs of our customers.
Resources
We have experienced personnel in sales,
marketing, training, technical support and software
development. IBS has successfully and effectively introduced
and delivered products from their inception to maturity.
Products and Services
We promote, demonstrate, survey, consult,
propose and implement PC and Web-based application
technologies. Since 1989, we have specialized in the
Enterprise Document Management (EDM) business. We have
answered our customers’ needs to satisfy the US Patriot Act
and Sarbanes Oxley. The iDentifi.NET product line includes
enterprise report management, document imaging, explorer
style document management with revisioning and subscriptions
for Word and Excel documents, e-signature and e-receipt for
legal documents, signature and photo ID verification for new
accounts and document tracking for audits and compliance. We
provide data and product conversion, installation and
training services. We provide remote, telephone and on-site
support. We also provide data and media conversions for
discontinued software, hardware products and media.
Market Conditions
There is a large, untapped market for PC and
Web-based Electronic Document Management Products,
specifically for a seamlessly integrated document storage
management and retrieval application. We store and retrieve
any type of electronic document, including EDI,
computer-generated report files and records, scanned
records, PC application data, graphics, video and voice
files, and retrieve from a terminal or web-based client and
offer a fail-safe archival system, comprised of any type of
storage: magnetic, RAID, optical, CD-ROM, and DVD.
Market Appeal
Products we offer must have broad market
appeal for departmental and enterprise solutions with an
economical migration path. We justify cost saving for our
customers and provide technologies to help our customers
build for the future.
