Senior Web Developer

Integra is seeking a senior web developer to join its professional services group. Professional services developers are involved in creating custom solutions based on Integra’s iDentifi™ line of products. Integra developers create cutting edge software solutions using the latest tools (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server).

Qualified candidates applicants must be able to work with clients directly to understand development requirements. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and be able to quickly learn and enhance code to meet client deadlines. Previous document management and imaging experience is a plus.

A prospective candidate MUST possess:

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• At least 2 years experience with VB6, .NET (VB or C#), ASP, and ASP.NET

• At least 2 years of experience with MS SQL Server

• Experience in Administrating IIS

• Well organized and able to work with limited supervision

• Be familiar object oriented analysis and design

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

Software Implementation Specialist

Integra is seeking talented individuals to join its Product Implementation group. Responsibilities will include:

• Install, configure and test Integra’s Web and Windows-based document imaging and electronic signature applications

• Participate in pre-implementation calls with customers to identify and address potential issues before performing installations

• Assess and communicate customer technical and business requirements that need to be considered before or during installation

• Configure Integra software to work with customer networks, printers and storage devices

• Identify problems and know when to escalate them

• Take ownership of a customer throughout the installation cycle

• Provide remote support via internet access

• Will require traveling to customer sites approximately 20-40% of the time

Candidates must have a strong technical skills and attention to detail. Previous document management and imaging industry experience is a plus.

Desired experience & skills:

• A BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS or related field OR equivalent skills learned “on the job”

• 2+ years experience installing Windows applications

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Excellent oral and written business communications skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Experience with Microsoft operating systems

• Familiarity with hardware and configuring device drivers

• TWAIN and ISIS interfaces

• IIS, SQL, and Citrix

• Experience in the banking industry a plus
