extracts and archives mainframe and other host-based print
spool files. During the process, keyword identifiers such as
report name, date and account number are automatically
extracted from each report via user-defined templates.
eReport is flexible enough to handle many non-standard
print spool files, outputs the result to PDF and requires no
nightly editing to run. It also compensates for varying
quantities of reports each day, so the extraction process
will continue to run even if some of the reports are not
present. Processed reports are then archived to
iDentifi.Web for later search and retrieval.
Reports can be searched by date, name and keyword or ad
hoc using a full text search engine. Alphanumeric and
boolean searches can also be performed on, in, and across
the reports and records. Results can be displayed, printed,
faxed or used to create new reports.
