Formfill With Data Extractor works by extracting daily information from a customer database or host download. It then automatically fills in the appropriate fields while the operator indexes each document record. It can also import an existing database or compile a new one using keyed-in values. The dictionary is then used to fill in the remaining index data with a minimum of keystrokes.

Formfill With Barcode is used to automate the indexing of documents containing bar codes. After a document is scanned in, the bar code information gets cross-referenced with
customer data and formfill fills in the rest. In most cases there is absolutely no text input required by the end user! When indexing is complete, Formfill archives the scanned documents and associated index values into iDentifi.Web for later retrieval.
